California Commercial Real Estate Loans
Loan Programs
Aventine Funding is not looking to be everything to every person. We specialize in private money and hard money loans on California real estate. However, this does not mean that we do not facilitate commercial real estate loans to other local banks and other niche commercial real estate lenders that we have relationships with in California. Whatever your financing goals may be for your commercial project: lower your monthly payments, fixed terms, pull cash out. We can work with you to find the right financing for your needs. We work with many smaller lenders that offer more favorable terms than bigger banks and greatly reduced costs (which typically make up a big portion of the fees and costs of a commercial loan). We are also well versed in SBA loans and what can and cannot be done when it comes to placing SBA financing on a property or refinancing out of one. Commercial Equity Line of Credit Loans
We are very excited about a new program we are offering commercial property owners to tap into the equity they have in their commercial real estate. This new program alllows us to offer low-cost, no appraisal, 2nds that can be equity lines or stand-alone 2nd loans at very low rates. This program is available all across the United States and not just in California. These loans are not only low-cost, but little documentation is required and only a short, two page form is required as an application. This almost sounds too good to be true, but it really is a great program. The biggest requirement is a 660 FICO score. If your credit is below that, this commercial equity line product is not for you, but we have other options. So, contact us if you would like to tap the equity in your commercial property today.
