Aventine Funding was founded in late 2006 by two real estate professionals who decided there was a better way to finance real estate. Ken Baxter comes from over 10 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Their combined experience covers real estate development, multi-family real estate, as well as private and conventional residential and commercial real estate lending.
Based in San Francisco, Aventine Funding has set out to change the way real estate funding is conducted in the Bay Area and California as a whole.
